Bill is the character for whom the movie Kill Bill is named and is the leader of The Deadly Viper Assassination Squad, which included Bill's brother, Budd. Bill's code name is Snake Charmer. His origins and full name are not known. He had many father figures, one of which was a pimp named Esteban Vihaio. During his travels he was trained by legendary swordsmith Hattori Hanzo and the fabled Pai Mei.
