Important Information On Order Tracking And E-mail Alert

If you have contacted us recently but have yet to receive a reply, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or e-mail client may be blocking e-mail from CF Swords. If you suspect that this is happening, please consult the help section of your e-mail program to see how to correct the settings that filter or block mail, or how to add CF Swords to your friendly or allow list. Once you've corrected any problems that restricted receiving mail from us, please contact us again as soon as possible.

Free Shipping

We are now offering free shipping on all North American orders that subtotal $500 or more. This offer applies to Canada and the United States. If you purchase $500 or more we will ship your order free of shipping and handling charges.

Calculating Shipping

We have a new automated shipping calculator, simply add items to our secure payment shopping cart and the shipping total will be displayed just under your sub-total.

Canada

Items for Canada are shipped from Canada with either Canada Post Insured or UPS Insured. Shipping times depend on the destination and can range from 25 to 30 business days. Remote areas of Canada may take up to 35 business days. All taxes are included in our prices so there are no hidden costs.

United States

Items for US are shipped exclusively from Canada through UPS Insured. Shipping times depend on the destination and can range from 30 to 35 business days. Remote areas of the US including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, may take up to 40 business days. These places may also be considered "International" by our shipping company and may require additional shipping costs. US buyers please include your contact number with your for customs clearance.

International

Items for International are shipped from Canada through UPS Insured. Shipping charges for overseas orders are based on the destination country, weight and dimensions of the order. Unfortunately, because of the variances in shipping rates please contact us for exact shipping costs. We will be more than happy to review your order and send you an e-mail with shipping rates and expected delivery times for the desired destination.

You can help us speed up the shipping process by ensuring your e-mail and check out information is entered correctly. All International orders will not be shipped until we receive an e-mail back confirming the rates quoted are acceptable.

Please note that the rates we provide do not include customs or any duty charges that may be applicable to your order.

Out Of Stock Items

CF Swords tries its best to keep as many products as possible in stock but unfortunately we occasionally have some items that may be out of stock. This may result in a delay. If a product you have ordered is out of stock we will e-mail you and let you know when you can expect this item to arrive, allow a substitute or cancel the order. We are here to serve you, not the other way around.
