Finally The Eragon Sword Zarroc. Eragon takes place in a land called Alagaësia, which is ruled by the King Galbatorix. Galbatorix was once a Dragon Rider, but went mad after his dragon was killed and he was denied another dragon by the council. Dragons were once involved in a partnership with the elite Dragon Riders, and together they kept peace in the land. Galbatorix, along with the Forsworn, a group of thirteen Riders who betrayed the rest of the order, destroyed and killed the council and their dragon. For years, many believed that dragons were extinct. Eragon, a fifteen-year-old-boy who lives with his uncle and cousin on their farm was hunting in the Spine mountains one day, which are dreadful, mysterious and filled with magic, Eragon comes across a polished blue stone, which magically appeared in front of him in a violent explosion while hunting a herd of deer. Late one night while Eragon is looking at the stone, it starts glowing from the inside, and a baby dragon hatches from the stone, which was, in actuality, a dragon egg. He also manages to touch the dragon hatchling and the gedwëy ignasia, or shining hand, the silver-white oval mark of a Rider, appears on his palm.
Eragon's sword, Zar'roc, or Eragon Sword Zarroc was created by the elves and given to him by Brom to aid him in his quest. Forged of wine red stainless steel with an overall length of 51 inches, the blade of the Eragon Sword Zarroc is unlike any other blade you'll ever own. A deep wine-red color, the deep fullering is a gunmetal grey. An antiqued metal hand guard and pommel features the intricately carved heads of dragons, lips curled and eyes menacing. The pommel is surmounted by a large, faceted sapphire blue stone cradled between twisted dragon tails
Rich details on the Eragon Sword Zarroc like the twisted curve of each dragon's horn and the deep, faceted blue pommel stone make it a collector's dream. The blade of each sword is etched with the name "Eragon." Faithful to the originals used in the Twentieth Century Fox Film production, each Eragon Sword Zarroc includes a shield-shaped hardwood display plaque featuring the visage of a dragon in gold.
